 Mentoring for Work Services, Inc. (MWSI) is a social enterprise corporation engaged in a viable and profitable endeavor that has a social mission. Its primary purpose is to venture in the business of job, work or service contracting and sub-contracting arrangements in accordance with law, adopting social enterprising concepts and delivering services connected to it, including but not limited to general services, janitorial, maintenance, administrative and operational support services.  

 MWSI is designed to provide workers with coaching, counseling and progressive discipline so as to become productive partners of selected client-companies in building job generating business through job contracting arrangement. 

 As a social enterprise-driven agency, MWSI promotes its social mission of alleviating poverty by way of creating and preserving more secured jobs which cannot be offered directly by private businesses. . MWSI envisions to develop an extraordinary workforce with high level of marketable skills reinforced by strong behavioral competencies to earn the stature of industry partners.
